Arcane International is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated White Collar Crime Advocate to join our team based in Tel Aviv. As a White Collar Crime Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to protect our client’s interests and combat financial and corporate malfeasance. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying threats, tracking threat actors, and providing critical insights to safeguard our clients’ financial and legal interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigation:
- Conduct thorough investigations into white-collar crimes, gathering evidence and intelligence through various means, including data analysis, interviews, and research.
- Uncover financial irregularities, fraud schemes, and corporate misconduct, providing comprehensive reports to clients.
- Evaluate the financial risks associated with crime and uncover vulnerabilities to recommend proactive measures.
Legal Expertise:
- Offer legal insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams, helping navigate complex regulatory and legal landscapes related to white-collar crime.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and investigators to develop strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and potential legal and investigative actions and approaches.
- Assist in developing tailored strategies to mitigate threats and minimize client exposure to legal and financial risks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, concerns, and goals, and provide expert guidance accordingly.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients to address their financial and legal concerns.
Qualifications:
- Law degree and admission to the Bar.
- Proven experience in white-collar crime investigation, prosecution, or defense, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant practice.
- Strong knowledge of financial and corporate law, regulations, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, and report preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct.
- Experience in utilizing forensic accounting techniques and investigative tools is a plus.
